5 Things I Love To Do In Bed With My Christeli Mattress
This post is sponsored by Christeli. All my opinions are my own!
When we decided that we were moving to Colorado, we took an inventory of all our stuff and decided what we were going to keep and not keep. The mattress was the first thing we decided that needed to go. I have had that mattress for over 6 years and it was a hand-me-down from my parents so who knows how old it actually is (eww I know!). I was happy to actually watch it pull away on our last night in Carlsbad. It was such an empowering moment because I felt like an adult getting prepared to get a new mattress.
Joe and I did SOOO much research online trying to find the perfect mattress and when we came onto the Christeli website we knew we wanted one of theirs! They are a family-owned company that cares about the details of each mattress. And they have been around since 1931!! If that doesn't tell you that they know what they are doing, I do not what else to say to. I love that their company uses materials supplied by companies here in the USA!
So when Christeli and I decided to work together, I was pumped! I could not believe that I was getting my dream mattress. They made all my dreams come true! Once we got the mattress ordered, it took about 5 business days to get the mattress! Shipping was so fast and that made everything so worth it. Once it was delivered to our doorstep, it was rolled up in the perfect size box for Joe to carry it up the stairs by himself (thank the Lord!). Carrying a mattress up a flight of stairs has always been a struggle for me. Joe and I have moved twice where we did all the moving by ourselves and I always hated the mattress. They never have handles or grips to carry and that makes it hard and frustrating! So I was winning when the mattress came rolled up in a box and poor Joe was losing hehe! He actually had no problem moving it up the stairs. He was actually really proud to do it!
Now the good stuff! The mattress is so amazing. We were sleeping on an air mattress before the bed came in and that was rough. So the first night we slept on our new mattress was like heaven. I slept right through the night and slept till 10am the next morning. And that NEVER happens. Since we have had the mattress, I have been able to sleep in almost every single day.
We received the Versailles 10-inch Contour Memory Foam Mattress. If you're looking for the perfect mattress then this one would be perfect! And the price is good also. You can get the king mattress (like we did!) for under $1000!
There are 5 things that I love to do in my bed!
1. Drink my coffee - this is always the first thing I do when I wake up and love my moments of quiet before the day starts.
2. Snuggle with the hubby and Hunter - shhh.. don't tell Joe, but Hunter is my favorite snuggler!
3. Read a good book - I am currently loving the King and Maxwell series by David Baldacci.
4. Working/blogging - surprisingly I love working while sitting on my bed. We do not have a TV in our bedroom, so I am away from the distractions!
5. Pray - I sleep so much better each night if I pray before I fall asleep!
